We accept major credit and debit cards for orders placed on our website, including: – Visa – Mastercard – American Express Payments are processed securely through our third-party payment processor. We do not store full card numbers on our servers.
Currencies
For orders shipped to addresses within the United States, all products are priced and charged exclusively in U.S. Dollars (USD). For orders shipped to addresses within Canada, all products are priced and charged exclusively in Canadian Dollars (CAD).
The currency selection at the top of the Website is provided solely for your convenience to display prices. It does not change the final transaction currency,which is always determined by your shipping destination (USD for U.S. orders and CAD for Canadian orders).
If your payment card is issued in a country or currency different from the one used for your order, your bank or card issuer may apply currency conversion or foreigntransaction fees. Such fees are imposed solely by your financial institution and are not collected by Katlin Larsen Northline.
Authorizations and Charges
- When you place an order, your bank may place an authorization hold on your card for the order amount. The final charge is captured when your order is confirmed. If a payment is declined or flagged for review, we may contact you to verify information or cancel the order if we cannot complete verification.
Refunds
- Approved refunds are always issued back to the original payment method used at checkout. Once processed, refunds typically appear on your statement within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer.
